From first email to signed-off report

This is the path most clients follow for a REST API design review. Integration days follow a lighter intake but the same contracting steps.

    Enquiry

    You submit scope via contact or email. We reply within two business days with questions about endpoint count, partners, and deadlines.

    Written quote

    Fixed fee for reviews; day rate for integration work. Quote lists deliverables, assumptions, and deposit amount.

    Contract & deposit

    MSA and statement of work signed electronically. Fifty percent deposit reserves the review slot on our calendar.

  4. 4
    Materials intake

    OpenAPI files, architecture sketches, and partner docs uploaded to your chosen secure channel. Kickoff call scheduled.

  5. 5
    Review week

    Consultant works asynchronously. You receive at most one clarifying email per day unless you prefer a daily stand-up (optional).

  6. 6
    Readout & delivery

    Live session with engineering leads, then final PDF and issue export within twenty-four hours. Balance invoice issued after delivery.
